Life Skills Camp Registration Form (Age 13+)
Use this form to register for our 2026 Life Skills Camp, July 27th through 31st. This day camp is FREE thanks to sponsors.
This event is geared toward teens and adults & anyone age 13 and up is welcome.
People of all abilities are encouraged to participate in our camps. In order to ensure an engaging and safe experience for you/your child, please inform us if you/they have any allergies and/or special needs. Mount Cross is unable to and does not provide 1:1 supervision for participants needing such assistance and all people must be able to use the toilet independently. Direct supervision during the entirety of the camp will need to be provided by the family for any person who is in need of it.
If your plans change and you/your child is no longer able to attend camp, please let us know ASAP so we can open the spot to someone else. Thank you!
